Terms and Procedures for Payments Rules for Processing and Executing Payments on the 24.exchange Platform

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules define the terms and procedures for processing payments for requests submitted by users on the 24.exchange platform.
1.2. These terms are mandatory for all service users and apply to all exchange directions, unless otherwise specified.
1.3. Using the platform and submitting a request constitutes the user’s full and unconditional acceptance of these payment terms.
1.4. If a user does not agree with the payment terms, they must refrain from using the service and submitting requests.
1.5. The user confirms that they have read the payment terms before submitting a request and accepts them in full. Submitting a request after reviewing the terms constitutes acceptance of the established payment processing terms and procedures.

2.1. The platform accepts requests 24/7.
2.2. Processing and executing fiat currency payments is carried out during the scheduled payment processing time:
- 2.2.1. On weekdays (Mon–Fri): from 05:00 to 20:00 Moscow time.
- 2.2.2. On weekends (Sat–Sun): from 06:00 to 20:00 Moscow time.
2.3. Requests for which payment was received outside the scheduled payment processing time are accepted by the service, but their processing and execution will take place during the next scheduled fiat currency payment period.

3.1. Consultative and operational support for users is provided during the fiat currency payment processing period.
3.2. Outside the scheduled fiat currency payment processing time, user support may be unavailable or subject to delays.
3.3. Inquiries, messages, and requests received outside the payment processing time will be handled by the service during the next scheduled fiat currency payment period.
3.4. Lack of response from support outside the specified time does not constitute a breach of service terms.

4.1. Estimated payment processing times may range from several minutes to several hours, depending on the exchange direction, currency, payment method, and the current service load.
4.2. The maximum waiting time for fiat currency payment execution is up to 24 hours from the moment the request payment is confirmed, subject to the payment processing times specified in these rules.
4.3. The specified maximum timeframe is a regulatory limit and does not imply that the payment will necessarily be executed in the last hour of this period.
4.4. The platform does not guarantee instant crediting of funds.

5.1. Payment processing times may depend on the following factors:
- 5.1.1. Service load and the order of request processing.
- 5.1.2. Currency direction and the chosen payment method.
- 5.1.3. Operational specifics of banks, payment systems, and third-party services.
- 5.1.4. Need for additional verification.
- 5.1.5. Technical limitations, outages, or temporary restrictions on the part of banks and payment systems.
5.2. Payment delays may also be caused by the recipient bank, correspondent bank, or other payment chain participants rejecting, suspending, or returning the transfer on the sender’s side.
5.3. In such cases, the actual crediting time depends on the internal regulations of the respective organisations and may be extended without breaching the service’s payment terms.

6.1. All requests are processed in the order they are received after payment confirmation.
6.2. Priority or expedited request processing is not available unless separately agreed with the service.

7.1. The actual crediting time may depend on the internal regulations of the recipient’s banks and payment systems.
7.2. The platform is not liable for delays occurring after funds are sent if such delays are caused by actions or decisions of banks, payment systems, or other third-party organisations.

8.1. In some cases, delays may occur due to additional verification, technical failures, temporary restrictions, or suspension of operations by banks and payment systems.
8.2. In such situations, the payment processing time may be extended without breaching the platform’s regulatory timeframes.

9.1. The platform undertakes to execute the payment within the specified timeframes, provided the request is correctly submitted, payment is confirmed, and there are no circumstances preventing payment execution.
9.2. The user agrees to respect the specified processing times and refrain from making claims until the maximum regulatory payment execution timeframe expires.
9.3. If the payment is not executed within the maximum regulatory timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to the service, the user has the right to request a refund.
9.4. The decision on refund, as well as the method and timing of the refund, is made by the service after reviewing the specific request circumstances.
9.5. Refunds are processed in accordance with the exchange rules and may be made without a service fee, unless actual costs incurred during request processing necessitate a fee.

10.1. By submitting a request and confirming acceptance of the payment terms, the user confirms the following:
- 10.1.1. They have read these rules.
- 10.1.2. They understand the difference between estimated and maximum timeframes.
